Registered Master Builders House of the Year

The Registered Master Builders House of the Year, is New Zealand’s premier residential building awards programme.

These awards have been running for over 20 years, the awards recognise excellence, quality and innovation in building work.

The judges focus on how the job has been executed, quality workmanship. Is the workmanship enduring, of the highest standard and top class?

Local residential entries are judged by nationally appointed and administered judging panels. Local events award Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards, Lifestyle Awards, a Winner in each Category, and the regions Supreme Award.

The top 100 properties throughout New Zealand are Awarded Gold Reserve status, then go on to the National Awards. These properties must have achieved either Gold, Category or Supreme Awards.
